Sami Välimäki signs with ISM

ISM has signed Finnish prospect Sami Valimaki, who recently turned professional.
Valimaki was in the top 10 of the World Amateur Golf Rankings in 2018 and, having taken part in military service in Finland at the end of last year, turned professional in January.
The 20-year-old recorded his first professional victory at the Open Casa Green Golf on the Pro Golf Tour in Morocco and will be in action at next week’s Open Tazegzout 2019
Sami said: “I’m very proud to have signed with ISM and I’m looking forward to having a long and good partnership with them.”
Set up by Chubby Chandler in 1989, International Sports Management’s other clients include former Open champion Darren Clarke, four-time European Tour winner Matt Wallace, rising Austrian talent Matthias Schwab and South African stars Justin Harding and George Coetzee.
Chandler said: “Sami has got a lot of potential, we’ve been impressed at his attitude and we’re confident that he has an exciting future in the game. We’re looking forward to helping him in his career.”
